2. Personal visit
We will then arrange to survey your property and discuss your needs in detail.
At this point we will gladly provide a FREE estimate and loft design service. |

3. Preparing plans & local authority ...
... approval
At this stage you will have agreed to go ahead with the conversion, and so the 'real' work begins ... |

4. Agree a date to start
Once the relevant approval has been granted we will agree a date with you to begin the conversion - with the minimum of fuss. |

5. New loft / new room
Approximately five weeks from start to finish.
