Scope of Work:

Structural Upgrades:

The entire property was re-plumbed, including the installation of a new boiler and a Megaflow system to improve heating and hot water efficiency. All radiators were replaced to enhance energy performance.

Electrical Rewiring:
The house underwent a full electrical rewire to meet modern safety standards and support the increased power demand. We installed new outlets, switches, and updated lighting throughout the property.

Interior Refurbishment:
The interior was completely refreshed with new plastering across all walls and ceilings, providing a smooth and modern finish, ready for the next stage of design and decoration.

Ground Floor Extension:
We constructed a ground floor extension, significantly expanding the living space. Folding aluminium doors and a skylight were added to bring in more natural light and create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
