LOFT EXTENSION AND FULL REFURB - CROXLEY

BIG PROJECT FINISHED IN GOOD TIME, DESPITE LOCKDOWN!

This project has created two extra bedrooms and a new bathroom. 
We started the work just before lockdown and so we had to work extra hard to obtain all the materials to get the job finished for our clients.

The whole job took us about four months despite the inevitable delays, this was very good going and our clients are over the moon with the result. 
To create this extra space was a big job which involved taking the roof completely off and replacing.

We also did full rewiring of the whole property and replaced the boiler for a new efficient one. 
We also built a new patio, garage and did all the decorating inside and out.
